Retro Aero is a traditional approach to the aerobic work out, focusing on easy to follow choreography and delivered at a more controlled pace.

Power Pump is the original Strength Class performed to music using free weights-plates, barbells and an aerobic step.
Pilates is a non challenging, pleasantly calming class incorporating traditional techniques that are specifically designed to lengthen and strengthen your postural alignment.
Legs, Bums and Tums
This Class includes an aerobic warm-up followed by a Fat burning section of flowing routines concentrating on the Legs, Bums and Tums.
