Neath Leisure Centre is a modern leisure centre in Neath, offering excellent facilities for fitness, swimming, and relaxation. We provide a welcoming and accessible space for everyone in the Neath community, with facilities for all ages and abilities.  

Our leisure centre includes a fully equipped gym, a swimming pool with free swimming, lessons, and water sports activities, fitness classes for all ability ranges, and a café to rest and refuel in.

The gym at Neath Leisure Centre is fully equipped with over 100 modern stations.

Dedicated zones allow for cardio, resistance, and functional training. The Synergy 360 rig offers versatile options for varied workouts. Virtual technology in the studios enhances training experiences.

Swimming Pool

Our 25-metre, six-lane swimming pool is perfect for lane swimming and casual use. A dedicated learner pool supports beginners and families.

The Celtic Dolphins Academy offers structured lessons for all ages, taught by expert instructors.

Pool features include a Poolpod. These devices are an excellent accessibility feature for swimming pools. They help people with mobility issues enter and leave the pool safely on their own without outside assistance. They are excellent for wheelchair users, older adults, pregnant women, those recovering from issues, and anyone else dealing with mobility issues.

Our leisure centre runs a wide variety of group exercise classes in Neath. To name just a few of our most popular fitness classes, we offer yoga, Pilates, and body balance for gentle workouts. Medium-intensity favourites include body pump, cycling, and cardio strength sessions. Aqua Fitness classes take place in the pool, while Zumba offers fun dance-based activity.
