COVID-19 information collection

Celtic Leisure will be using information from your membership record along with information regarding your entry to our buildings to assist the Test, Trace, Protect Scheme in relation to COVID-19 and following current Government Guidance. This is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest. The information that we are required to share with Test, Trace, Protect is as follows:

Your name
Your contact details (phone number, email address or address)
A record of the time and date of your visit

This information is required to assist the Test, Trace, Protect Scheme should there be further outbreaks of COVID-19. The information will not be shared with anyone other than the Test, Trace, Protect Scheme and will only be shared with the Test, Trace, Protect Scheme should they contact us and request the information in response to a COVID-19 outbreak. You are not obliged, either by statute or by contract, to provide the information but current Government guidance is that we collect this information from you. Test, Trace, Protect will use this information to contact you if they believe that you might have come in close contact with somebody who has tested positive for COVID-19.
