Some useful information you should take into account before attending classes:
- Wear comfortable exercise clothes and trainers
- Bring a bottle of water and a small towel
- Advise the instructor of any health related problems or injuries you may have
- If you are asthmatic please bring your inhaler with you
- Make sure you don’t come to a class hungry, thirsty or having just eaten
- Arrive at least 5 minutes before the start
- Please bring an exercise mat and your ticket
- No spectators are allowed in the studio
- You can cancel your class up to 1 hour prior to start time
